This is Fuu's defensive spirit that she is able to summon. And I made him utterly gorgeous for my own sake... :3
Anyway, Neah is a flirt. He's a bit of a lady's man, however, he seems to be in love with his master. _Fuhuhuhuhu

When he is not in his humanoid form, he appears like an Exceed, but he does not have wings. And in the cat-like form, he snuggles up with Fuu. _{No one's complaining there....}
